Canstar analyses and researches over 16,000 products, including Life Insurance and Income Protection Insurance. The Canstar star rating system is designed to help consumers find the right product based on the best mix of features and price. The 5-Star Rating is a combination of best in class pricing together with top-tier feature scores covering policy terms, application and claims process, and policy benefits and options. NobleOak is the only life insurer to win awards for outstanding value four years in a row for Direct Life Insurance and five years in a row for Income Protection.

NobleOak’s Premium Life Direct product received the prestigious Canstar Outstanding Value Award in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 We are the only insurer to win the Canstar Outstanding Value Award for our Premium Life Direct Life Insurance category in five consecutive years.
Income Protection
NobleOak’s Income Protection also received the prestigious Canstar Outstanding Value Award in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Once again, we are the only insurer to win Canstar awards for the Direct Income Protection Insurance category in five consecutive years.

FEEFO is an independent organisation which provides a platform for businesses to receive reviews independently from consumers.
Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award (2020) Gold Trusted Service Awards.
Feefo have given the Platinum Trusted Service awards to NobleOak for achieving a Gold standard for three consecutive years. NobleOak has been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award four years running – 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. To achieve this award, a business must have received at least 50 reviews between January 1st and December 31st each year and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.
